Summary
It's hard to review this shoe is it is the signature of my favorite player. For the fourth shoe of this series Nike downgraded the traction, still decent though but far from what it's predecessors gave us. The traction did suffer but comparing to the older models, the cushioning is amazing, the responsiveness is also amazing providing us with the court feel we need. The engineered mesh provides amazing fit and great support and the colorways are just breathtaking.
Pros and Cons
- Great Traction
- Firm and durable due to the premium materials
- Great ankle support
- Amazing cushioning with no drawbacks on responsiveness
- Breathtaking looks and over 30 colorways to chose from
- Perfect 1:1 fit
-
- Lacks the traction that it's predecessor offered
Bottom Line
You might feel that this review might be unfair, but I beg to differ. Nike has proven to us again and again how they can outdo themselves and the fourth shoe of Irving's series is no joke. All these amazing features for a fair price. Kyrie 4 is a marvelous Basketball shoe and whomever owns a pair will agree with me for sure.
